Soho House & Co in Barcelona is seeking a Spa & Gym Receptionist to greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will manage bookings, learn services, and help create a welcoming atmosphere in a premium venue.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with up to two years of experience in a busy high‑profile venue. You’ll contribute to a team that delivers exceptional service daily.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome every member by name and greet guests warmly.
• Be versed in procedures, menus, amenities and collect laundry for Housekeeping.
• Learn about all services and what Soho House Gym & Spa offers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe reception area.
• Manage member lists, bookings for Spa services and personal training classes.
• Address guest concerns in real time and escalate when needed.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
• Communicate feedback to management.
• Contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere.
• Welcome new hires and train staff to Soho House standards.

The Place

Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third Casa in the city will include a state‑of‑the‑art gym, a full‑service spa and hair salon, an 18 m² outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

Job Purpose

As a Spa & Gym Receptionist with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members and guests have an amazing experience every time. You will deliver an excellent first impression and a warm greeting to everyone as they come in. You will showcase our Values: Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness and Passion.

Main Duties

• Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guests are welcomed with an open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
• Be well‑versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities and collect laundry for Housekeeping Department.
• Learn about all the different services and how much Soho House Gym & Spa has to offer.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe environment in the reception area.
• Manage member lists, bookings for Spa services and booking personal training classes.
• Support, direct, solve problems in real time to ensure any guest‑related concerns are addressed straight away.
• Build positive relationships with members and guests.
• Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team.
• Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.
• Welcome new hires and train everyone to Soho House standards: steps of service, Soho House knowledge.

Requirements

A successful Spa & Gym Receptionist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high‑profile venue and a natural flair for first‑class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
