Job summary

La Palette Rouge is seeking an accomplished Regional Manager South to lead a multi-country organization across Spain, Portugal & Italy from Madrid. You will accelerate growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and develop high-performing teams, shaping regional priorities and executing the strategy with accountability and collaboration.

You will operate in an international environment, driving operational excellence and acting as a senior ambassador to customers and partners.

Qualifications

10+ years in senior leadership roles such as Country/Regional Manager.
Proven track record delivering growth across multiple markets.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, retail or B2B industries.
Strong ability to build partnerships and drive market expansion.
Leads change and navigates complexity across cultures.
Fluent Spanish and English; international outlook.
