Medline Iberia in Madrid seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead profitable growth of the sales footprint across Iberia. You will translate the commercial strategy into actionable plans and drive execution with a high-performing regional team.

You will manage forecasts, margins, major accounts, and cross-functional collaboration with European teams, while developing leaders and nurturing strategic customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage forecasts, pipelines, sales performance metrics, and business planning processes.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting tools, and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and exceed sales, growth, margin, and profitability targets across the assigned territory through effective team leadership and execution.
• Define, implement, and monitor the regional commercial plan, aligned with Iberia priorities and product division objectives.
• Manage forecasts, pipeline activity, and key commercial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities and taking corrective actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews by territory, customer, division, and sales representative to drive accountability and execution.
