JD Logistics in Madrid is seeking a highly capable Sorting Center Program Lead to own the end-to-end setup of a new regional sorting hub. You will oversee inbound, automated sorting, cross-docking, and outbound injection, ensuring a successful launch and 100% safety alignment.

Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory to lead local supervisors and coordinate with international stakeholders; Mandarin is valued. You must be flexible with night and weekend shifts to stabilize a 24/7 operation.

Formación

• Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (MHS) and sorting belt software configurations.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is valued.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts for a 24/7 cross-docking launch.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Madrid regional Sorting Center launch.
• Oversee hub layout, inbound linehaul reception, sorting belts, cross-docking matrix management, and outbound injection.
• Maintain alignment with the Madrid Logistics Collective Agreement (Convenio Colectivo).
• Ensure on-time launch, high throughput, and accurate network injection.
