JD Logistics is establishing a new Large Item Distribution Center in the Madrid area. The senior leader will own operations, safety, and strategic execution for bulky goods, ensuring a smooth launch, optimized space, and damage-free throughput.

Fluent English and Spanish are required, with a strong track record in greenfield deployments, industrial safety, and cross-functional leadership. Spanish regulatory alignment and shift flexibility are essential for success.

Formación

• Experience launching or managing a large-scale distribution center from scratch.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish warehouse safety regulations.
• Willingness to adapt to dynamic infrastructure launch timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the launch of the Large Item DC in Madrid and ensure a flawless rollout.
• Oversee layout optimization, space utilization, and throughput for bulky goods.
• Maintain 100% safety compliance for heavy equipment and processes.
• Coordinate with 1PL/3PL and white-glove delivery teams to support final-mile execution.
