JD Logistics seeks a senior operations lead to own the regional Sorting Center launch in the Madrid area. You will manage inbound reception, automated sorting, cross-docking, and outbound injection, ensuring a fast, accurate, and compliant facility startup.

You will coordinate English and Spanish language metrics with local supervisors and international stakeholders, while shaping flexible shift schedules to handle large volume fluctuations. Remote options are available within Spain.

Formación

• Strong operational experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (MHS), automated scanning arrays, and sorting belt software configurations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin is a valued asset.
• Willingness to work night/weekend hub cycles to stabilize 24/7 operations.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of the brand-new regional Sorting Center launch in the Madrid area, ensuring on-time facility startup and high-efficiency processing.
• Optimize inbound/outbound flow, cross-docking, and network injection while aligning with local labor agreements.
• Lead multi-shift labor planning and monitor throughput, accuracy, and timely departures.
