Cloudflare is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the Iberia & Italy SE team, aligning sales and technical pre‑sales efforts to deliver scalable Cloudflare solutions. You will coach and develop engineers, coordinate with Product and Engineering, and drive customer success across the region.

The role involves hiring, onboarding, enablement, and performance management, plus collaboration with cross-functional groups to translate customer needs into effective implementations.

Formación

• Desirable Skills, Knowledge, And Experience include coaching/leadership, handling escalations, partnering with account executives and customer success teams to deliver Cloudflare solutions, proven track record in technical pre-sales, understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, ability to articulate Cloudflare's AI product portfolio (Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize, and R2) to technical and executive audiences, experience helping enterprise customers design, prototype, or operationalise AI workloads, knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIS2, DORA, Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act), familiarity with modern cloud-native or edge-native architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Report on individual SE strengths and weaknesses and support performance management to achieve high standards of success.
• Conduct 1:1’s with team members.
• Act as a point of escalation for team issues, escalating issues that can’t be solved in the team.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Coach team members on delivering AI/ML‑focused demos, PoC’s, and architectural reviews.
• Stay current on AI industry developments and translate emerging trends into actionable enablement for the SE team.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay regional AI customer feedback and evangelise new AI capabilities.
