Gilytics AG is seeking a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering and GIS data teams with customer-facing functions. You will turn Pathfinder’s capabilities into compelling demonstrations and provide trusted technical guidance from pre-sales PoCs to onboarding.

You will become a deep expert, prepare demos, write technical docs, and support clients with AI-enabled tooling and remote collaboration. This role emphasizes remote-first work and global client interaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of practical GIS experience in land, environmental, or infrastructure management.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrable experience writing technical documentation in English.
• Desirable: German, Spanish, or other languages; teaching or technical training experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Become a deep expert in the Pathfinder solution and its applications.
• Communicate Pathfinder capabilities clearly in context of user needs.
• Prepare and run demo projects to showcase workflows and applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute content for sales/marketing.
• Prepare technical offers and responses for public tenders.
• Provide technical support, including live support to customers.
• Manage and triage customer technical requests to inform the product roadmap.
• Design and deliver customer onboarding and training activities.
• Perform holistic testing of the solution ahead of releases and client deployments.
