Global M gijón, asturias, es is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the intersection of AI, data, product and customers. You will build production solutions that solve real customer problems while helping shape the core product.

Expect to split time roughly 40% with customers and 40% building the core product, with significant ownership over what gets built. Strong Python/SQL/data engineering skills and production systems experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and data engineering skills.
• Either a Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with data experience.
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Commercial mindset — focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
• You'll typically spend around 40% with customers and 40% building the core product.

Responsabilidades
