Global M is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge AI, data, product and customers across Europe. This remote role involves delivering production-grade solutions for enterprise clients and shaping the core product.

You will build AI agents, data pipelines, integrations, PoCs and evaluation frameworks, spending time with customers and building the product in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of software/data/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python, SQL and data engineering skills.
• Data Engineer with AI/agent experience or AI Engineer with data experience.
• Experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and probabilistic systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.
• Commercial mindset — focused on customer outcomes and ROI.
