Workiva Inc. is seeking a Solution Consultant in Madrid to partner with sales and internal stakeholders to drive technical wins.

You will move beyond demonstrations to connect platform capabilities with real customer outcomes, uncover technical requirements, and develop proofs of concept to validate enterprise value of the Workiva platform. Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales/solution consulting experience (e.g., Big 4 or equivalent).
• Degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Spanish speaker.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-sales framework to engage customers, prospects, and partners via phone, web, or onsite meetings.
• Develop proofs of concept and use cases to validate requirements and demonstrate enterprise value.
• Deliver solution demonstrations across Workiva core areas (Financial Reporting, GRC, Sustainability).
• Guide customers on data connectivity, automated reporting workflows, and AI capabilities to streamline processes.
