Jobs By Nordics AB is hiring a Nordic-speaking Solution Specialist to join the Málaga team on a hybrid basis. You will drive the sales cycle, build customer relationships, and showcase cloud technologies from Microsoft and competitors.

The role requires a Nordic language, strong English, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–6+ years in tech sales. Qualified candidates will handle client demonstrations, pricing, and adoption planning to accelerate cloud success.

• Microsoft Fundamentals certification is required; L200 certification preferred.

What you will do

As a Solution Specialist, you will:

• Build and develop customer relationships and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.


• Provide technical product insights tailored to customer needs.


• Contribute innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.


• Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations.


• Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations over Teams.


• Act as a key technical contact for SMB customers in collaboration with our sales team.


• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across your area of expertise.


• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, both for Microsoft and competitors.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Native or fluent proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish).


• Advanced level of English.


• A Bachelor’s degree.


• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.


• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required). L200 certification preferred.


• Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions.


• Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions.


• Experience with cloud deployments, migrations, and adoption planning.


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in technical sales or presales environments.


• Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering (Bachelor or Master).
