GoodWe Iberia busca un Solution Manager para apoyar al equipo local y a distribuidores e instaladores. Colaborará estrechamente con ventas, servicio y I+D para posicionar a GoodWe como proveedor de servicios de primer nivel en Iberia.

Se requiere formación técnica y al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles técnicos, con fluidez en español e inglés. Hybrid work posible, con opción remota en España.

Formación

• Formación técnica en ingeniería eléctrica, tecnología de la comunicación o campo relacionado.
• Pasión por la tecnología y contribuir al crecimiento de GoodWe Europe.
• Pasión por resolver desafíos técnicos complejos.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles técnicos, preferentemente en un entorno técnico o de ingeniería.
• Disposición para colaborar con equipos y clientes internacionales.
• Enfoque estructurado y orientado a resultados, con foco en el servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar la formación del equipo interno, de distribuidores e instaladores clave.
• Cumplir con KPIs y procesos de servicio, con enfoque en satisfacción del cliente.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico directo a distribuidores e instaladores de GoodWe.
• Analizar proyectos C&I para ofrecer las mejores soluciones.
• Realizar sesiones de formación a clientes, online y presenciales.
• Colaborar con el equipo regional.
• Mejorar de forma proactiva procesos y herramientas de servicio para aumentar la satisfacción y eficiencia.

Your mission

As a Solution Manager, you will be part of GoodWe's technical team, supporting the local team, distributors, and installers. In this role, you will be a key part of the Iberia regional team supporting our sales growth and maintaining customer loyalty. A typical day involves direct collaboration with key distribution and installation partners, facilitating training sessions, and working closely with our headquarters' service and R&D teams. This role offers the opportunity to deeply engage with technical challenges and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers, service partners, R&D, product managers, sales, etc.). Your contributions will be crucial in positioning GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Iberia region.

Your main responsibilities

• Support the training to internal team, distributors and key installers.
• Act according to service KPIs and processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers.
• Analyse C&I projects to offer the best solutions.
• Conduct customer training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Collaborate with the regional team.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Your Profile

• A technical background, such as a bachelor's degree or professional certification in electrical engineering, communication technology, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about technology and excited to contribute to the dynamic growth of GoodWe Europe.
• A passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical roles, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.
• Enjoys cross-border collaboration and working with international teams and customers.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is a must; any other European language is an advantage.
