PMR Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Engineer for a 30m sailing yacht. The itinerary includes Spain or Caribbean, with a hands-on crew of five onboard.

The ideal candidate has AEC1 & AEC2 certifications, a solid maintenance background, and proven experience with maintenance logs and SOPs. Strong sailing ability and team participation are essential for the onboard operations.

PMR Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Engineer to join a 30m Sailing Yacht.

The itinerary is still to be confirmed, with the yacht either remaining in Spain over the winter or heading across to the Caribbean.

We are looking for a strong Engineer with AEC1 & AEC2, a solid maintenance background and good experience with maintenance logs and SOPs. A strong sailor is also important, as you will be part of a hands‑on crew of 5 onboard.
