Captain is seeking a hands-on Rotational Engineer to join a private classic yacht in the Mediterranean. You will take ownership of the vessel's engineering systems, maintenance and winter yard preparation.

The role offers four months full-time aboard during winter, followed by four months off in the summer period, with a team-oriented crew and opportunities to work on classic yacht refits.

Formación

• Minimum AEC 1 and AEC 2 with strong practical engineering experience.
• Initiative and safety awareness are essential.
• Pride in maintaining a classic yacht and reliable, well-organised systems.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for a hands‑on engineer to join. taking ownership of her engineering systems, maintenance and winter yard preparation.

The position offers *four months working full‑time aboard during winter, followed by summer rotation with **four months off across the summer period*.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Minimum AEC 1 and AEC 2, supported by strong practical engineering experience.
• Initiative, sound safety awareness and a calm, professional attitude.
• Pride in maintaining a classic yacht and keeping systems reliable and well organised.
• A team approach, willingly helping with deck work, washdowns, galley clean‑up and tender driving during summer time.

Classic‑yacht and refit experience are advantages. *Yachtmaster would be ideal but is not essential.*

We are an active, health‑conscious crew and we are a dry vessel, with no alcohol consumption aboard at any time.
