Job summary

Captain is seeking a hands-on Rotational Engineer to join a private classic yacht in the Mediterranean. You will take ownership of the vessel's engineering systems, maintenance and winter yard preparation.

The role offers four months full-time aboard during winter, followed by four months off in the summer period, with a team-oriented crew and opportunities to work on classic yacht refits.

Qualifications

• Minimum AEC 1 and AEC 2 with strong practical engineering experience.
• Initiative and safety awareness are essential.
• Pride in maintaining a classic yacht and reliable, well-organised systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering systems, maintenance and winter yard preparation.
• Assist with deck work, washdowns, galley clean-up and tender driving in summer.
• Collaborate with crew to keep systems reliable and well organised.
