Job summary

Enverus is hiring an Application Support Analyst in the energy sector to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across software applications. You will provide front-line support by email, phone, and video, and work to maximize product value for clients.

The role requires 2+ years in application support, familiarity with geospatial tools, and strong English communication. A background in renewables or power markets is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in application support or similar client-facing roles.
• Background in renewable energy project design or geospatial analysis with tools like Google Earth Engine, GIS, or solar siting software (preferred).
• Proficient in task and project management.
• Understanding of Python, FTP, and API fundamentals.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for software applications via email, phone, and video within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot UI and API issues and collaborate with users to resolve problems.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests with accurate documentation.
• Educate customers to gain value from Enverus products and drive satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to escalate or resolve product issues with details.
• Maintain deep product and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality support.
