Enverus is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Madrid to deliver frontline support for energy analytics software. You will troubleshoot UI/API issues, document requests, and educate customers to maximize product value.

The role requires 2+ years in application support, a background in renewables or geospatial tools, and strong English communication. On-site position with standard shift coverage in CET hours.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years in application support roles or similar client-facing positions.
• Background in renewable energy design or geospatial analysis.
• Proficient in task and project management.
• Understanding of Python, FTP, and API fundamentals.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-line software application support via email, phone, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot UI and API issues; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain organized records of customer requests with documentation.
• Ensure reliable attendance for designated shift and rotating holidays.
• Educate customers to maximize value from product suite and drive satisfaction.
• Share actionable feedback and escalate product issues with details.
• Provide timely updates on unresolved issues to customers.
• Investigate advanced technical issues and collaborate to find solutions.
• Understand client requirements before providing solutions.
• Collaborate with team, participate in discussions, ensure cases flow between departments.
• Follow department and company processes; maintain deep product knowledge.
• Participate in cross-training and contribute to self-help documentation.
• Support special assignments and projects with Senior Analysts and Managers.
