Boeva Tech in Barcelona is hiring a Sales Executive to manage the full sales journey for SMBs seeking digital advertising growth. You will prospect, qualify, present, and close opportunities while coordinating with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client goals.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, maintain a robust Salesforce pipeline, and drive revenue through a consultative approach.

Competenze

• Native or near-native German and advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on outbound sales, prospect qualification, and cold calling.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas in phone-based sales environments.

• Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and quarterly targets.
• Identify SMBs with potential for digital advertising investment.
• Lead outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Uncover customer needs and align solutions to business objectives.

• Manage pipeline in Salesforce with accurate CRM records.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and support onboarding of advertisers.
