TikTok is seeking a Strategy & Operations Graduate in Madrid to join the LIVE Creator Network Operations team. You will engage in short-term projects, gain practical experience, and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree, passionate about internet culture and the creator economy, with strong data literacy and fluency in Spanish and English. This entry role focuses on daily operations, education, campaigns, and cross-functional support.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, media, or data-related fields.
• Strong interest in live-streaming and creator economy.
• Basic data analysis and logical thinking.
• Understanding internet operation methodologies.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: assist in resolving issues Creator Networks encounter during the LIVE process, addressing day-to-day challenges and safety concerns.
• Training & Education: help develop and localize educational materials for creators on guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
• Campaign Operations: support planning, localization, and execution of campaigns and summarize results for improvements.
• Operational Processes: collect and analyze operational challenges and organize feedback to identify efficiency improvements.
• Project Support: assist in a broad range of projects from in-person events to online initiatives.
