Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Lead for Madrid to define the long-term strategy for a high-growth e-commerce category. You will own P&L, drive category expansion, and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to accelerate livestream and short video commerce, onboard new sellers, and optimize performance. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and a strong understanding of the Spanish market is essential.
