HCLTech is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Designer/Developer to shape and enhance ServiceNow solutions for global clients in Spain. The role blends business analysis, consulting, and hands-on development across ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB, and Asset Management.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations that drive operational excellence and business value.

Formación

• Experience in requirements engineering and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Consulting mindset with ability to guide customers on best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review ServiceNow requests and enhancements and map to capabilities.
• Design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions following best practices.
• Lead platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Develop detailed user stories and technical specs for delivery.
• Design integrations with external systems ensuring secure data exchange.
