HCLTech is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Designer/Developer to shape and implement ServiceNow solutions for global clients. This role blends business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on development across ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB, and Asset Management, translating requirements into scalable, secure platform designs.

Formación

• Experienced in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and security models.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze new ServiceNow requests and enhancements.
• Design robust ServiceNow solutions adhering to platform standards and best practices.
• Lead technical implementation including platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Develop detailed user stories and technical specifications to guide development.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Drive continuous improvement across ITSM, SecOps, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
