HCLTech is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Designer/Developer to shape and enhance ServiceNow solutions for our global clients. This role blends business analysis, consulting, and hands-on development, with primary focus on ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB, and Asset Management.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure implementations, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-performing ServiceNow solutions and driving platform optimization across modules.

Formación

• Experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience in ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management modules.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze new ServiceNow requests and enhancements.
• Conduct requirements engineering with business stakeholders.
• Design robust ServiceNow solutions adhering to best practices.
• Lead platform development, configuration and administration.
• Develop detailed user stories and technical specs.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems.
