HCLTech is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer to shape and deliver ServiceNow solutions for global clients. This role blends business analysis, consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on development with a focus on ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB, and Asset Management.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations that drive value. You will collaborate with stakeholders and solution architects to ensure cohesive delivery,

Formación

• Experience in requirements engineering and business process analysis.
• Consulting mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• In-depth experience with ServiceNow administration and solution development.
• Experience with ServiceNow backend extensibility (Script Includes, GlideSystem, GlideAjax, RESTMessageV2, Table API).
• Senior-level experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server orchestration, IntegrationHub flows, and webhook/event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of authentication and security models (OAuth, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS).
• ServiceNow certifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze new ServiceNow requests and enhancements.
• Conduct requirements engineering with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Evaluate, challenge, and optimize existing business processes for maximum efficiency.
• Act as a consultant guiding customers on ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
• Design robust ServiceNow solutions adhering to platform standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with solution architects and designers to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Develop detailed user stories and technical specifications to guide development efforts.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Lead technical implementation, including platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Drive continuous improvement across ITSM, SecOps, CMDB, and Asset Management modules.
• Configure and develop platform components based on business and technical requirements.
• Support ongoing ServiceNow platform optimization through high-quality design, implementation, and documentation.
