Jobtailor in Málaga, Spain, is seeking a QA/Testing specialist focused on ServiceNow projects. You will design test strategies, create plans and test cases for Incident, Change, Asset Management, and related modules, and collaborate with stakeholders across Agile squads.

You will perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing, generate testing reports, document defects, validate upgrades, and support smooth platform updates.

Formación

• Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile squads.
• ITIL framework understanding and ITSM processes knowledge.
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
• Create test strategies, plans, and cases for modules like Incident, Change, Asset Management.
• Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation.
• Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
• Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve.
• Assess readiness to deploy each release.
• Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Take ownership and ensure targets are met on assigned projects.
