NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow QA Engineer to join our ServiceNow Practice. You will execute tests across the full development lifecycle, contribute to automated testing, and report quality metrics.

You will collaborate with QA, BAs, and development teams to ensure robust quality across multiple product domains. You will be responsible for building/maintaining ATF scripts, executing functional/regression tests, and supporting UAT with stakeholders.

Formación

• Proven experience as QA Engineer in ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
• Practical use of ServiceNow ATF to build and run automated tests.
• Ability to write clear test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilidades

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across ServiceNow development.
• Create clear, structured test cases and scripts from user stories.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts within ServiceNow ATF.
• Run regression tests before releases and platform upgrades.
• Log, track, and retest defects with reproducible reports.
• Support UAT coordination, test environments, and data provision.
• Maintain test cases/scripts in the shared repository and update with changes.
• Provide test execution status, pass/fail rates, and defect metrics.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies to ensure testability from story creation onward.
