Job summary

Schneider Electric offers a six-month trainee internship in Europe’s Tendering ecosystem. You will coordinate between Tendering and Services teams, support OPEX opportunities, and help prepare service offers and tools, gaining exposure to a portfolio of energy, automation, and digitalization solutions.

You will work 4–6 hours daily, in a flexible, inclusive environment, with opportunities to collaborate across Europe and develop practical skills through interactive workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Good English communication skills for collaboration across Europe.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support contact and coordination with Services teams across Europe to identify contacts, capabilities, and cost information.
• Maintain and update the OPEX pipeline with project status and timing from Tendering teams.
• Act as a liaison between Tendering and Services teams to improve visibility and coordination of OPEX opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of service offers and learn Schneider Electric Services portfolio.
• Assist in developing tools and databases, including AI-based solutions, to streamline offer creation and tendering processes.
