Job summary

Schneider Electric in Spain is offering a 6‑month paid Trainee Program for Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering students. You will join Europe Multi-Segment Tendering, learn from experts, and contribute to service opportunities across Europe. The internship requires 20–30 hours per week (mornings 8–10), and the university agreement is required.

Remote work is possible up to 2 days per week. Salary €700–900 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Electrical, Electronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Good English communication skills for collaboration across Europe.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Outgoing personality and desire to learn.
• Able to work 4–6 hours daily, mornings 8–10am, with flexible schedule.
• Need internship agreement with university for at least 6 months.
• Available to start in January/February.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Services across Europe to identify contacts, capabilities and cost information for OPEX opportunities.
• Maintain and update the OPEX pipeline with project status and timing.
• Act as liaison between Tendering and Services to improve visibility of opportunities.
• Assist in preparing service offers and learn Schneider Electric Services portfolio.
• Develop tools and databases, including AI-based solutions, to automate tasks and improve processes.
