Job summary

Schneider Electric offers a 6-month paid internship in the Iberia region focused on Tendering and Project Execution for Data Center projects. You will learn under experienced professionals, support tendering and project activities, and contribute to cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Ideal candidates are fresh Engineering graduates fluent in English and Spanish, with MS Office skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work 4–6 hours daily ( mornings).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts
• Interest in Data Center solutions and project environments
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
• Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work 4–6 hours a day, Monday to Friday, mornings

Responsibilities

• Tendering Support: assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals; prepare cost estimates, schedules, and documentation; participate in tender reviews; improve tendering tools and templates.
• Project Execution Support: assist Project Managers, coordinate between engineering, procurement, and site teams; monitor progress, risks, and issues; support reports and dashboards; participate in meetings; manage project records and compliance
