Zusammenfassung

Schneider Electric invites fresh graduates to join the Trainee Program in Iberia's C‑SP Solution Center in Madrid. This six‑month internship offers hands‑on exposure to tendering and project execution for Data Center projects, with mentors and real responsibilities.

You will learn technical, organizational, and project skills while contributing to proposals, schedules, and dashboards. Flexible hours (20–30 per week) with potential remote work and a pathway to extension.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Energy or similar).
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts related to infrastructure or projects.
• Interest in Data Center solutions and project environments.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow structured processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and take a proactive approach.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Be available to start in January/February and able to commit 6 months internship.

Aufgaben

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and technical docs per customer needs.
• Participate in tender reviews for completeness and competitiveness.
• Contribute to improving tendering tools and templates.
• Support Project Managers during execution: track milestones and actions.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, site teams and partners.
• Help monitor progress, risks, and prepare project reports.
• Attend internal and client meetings.
