Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics Spain seeks a Service Provider Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimize third-party service providers across JD logistics and supply chain activities. You will monitor KPIs, negotiate SLAs, and drive cost-efficient, high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborating with logistics, procurement, and finance teams, you will report performance to senior management and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies while exploring opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years in service provider management or logistics operations.
• Proven track record in managing third-party relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Italian.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Experience with SLAs, KPIs, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and KPIs with service providers.
• Monitor and analyze service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings with service providers to foster relationships and drive improvements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with service providers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate service provider operations.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives related to service provider engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and tech advancements in service provider management.
• Prepare and present reports on service provider performance and operational metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies governing service provider operations.
