JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU is seeking a Work Order Processor to efficiently manage the lifecycle of work orders in a fast-paced environment. You will review requests, verify details, input data, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving, with English communication as a must and Spanish knowledge as a plus.

• Experience in data entry or administrative work, preferably with work orders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.

Job Summary

As a Work Order Processor at JING DONG DEVELOPMENT SPAIN SLU, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately managing the lifecycle of work orders, ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion within our dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming work order requests from various departments and sources.


• Verify the completeness and accuracy of work order information, including details, priorities, and assigned resources.


• Input work order data into the designated system with meticulous attention to detail.


• Communicate with requestors and other teams to clarify work order details or provide updates on status.


• Monitor the progress of ongoing work orders and update their status in the system as required.


• Generate reports on work order volumes, completion rates, and any identified issues.


• Maintain organized records of all processed work orders and related documentation.


• Identify and escalation complex or urgent work order issues to the appropriate personnel.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of work order processing procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is a plus.


• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably involving work order management.


• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.


• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.


• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
