ASSA ABLOY Group in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead installation, maintenance, and service delivery of integrated security systems. You will shape strategy, optimize costs, and drive profitability while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate business goals into operational plans, manage resources across sites, and coach frontline managers and technical teams to sustain growth and compliance.

Formación

• Proven experience in operations management within security systems or technical service environments.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost management and profitability analysis.
• Experience managing field operations, technical teams and subcontractors across locations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the service operations strategy aligning with business growth and financial targets.
• Lead installation, maintenance and service delivery ensuring safety, timeliness and quality.
• Drive cost control, workforce planning, subcontractor management and productivity improvements.
• Develop and coach service managers and technical teams toward accountability and customer focus.
• Establish KPIs, standardize processes, and ensure compliance with quality and health & safety requirements.
