Vanderlande in Spain is seeking a results-driven professional to own the performance of service contracts across Southern Europe, translating contracts into executable delivery and ongoing improvements.

You will lead projects, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with customers, service teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and long-term value is delivered. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering with service management experience.
• Experience in service operations, maintenance execution, and contract delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational delivery of service and maintenance contracts to meet service levels and obligations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, resources, suppliers, and subcontractors for safe, efficient work.
• Serve as primary operational contact for contract matters, performance discussions, and escalations.
• Monitor contract performance via KPIs and data; identify improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and support contract renewals and growth.
