Vanderlande Industries B.V. in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead the electrical design and implementation of complex warehouse automation systems for Southern Europe.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver designs from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with ~5% travel expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Several years of electrical engineering experience in warehouse automation or industrial environments.
• Experience with power distribution systems and industrial electrical design.
• Experience designing and implementing industrial networks (PROFINET, PROFIBUS, AS‑i, Industrial Ethernet).
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as EPLAN and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design and implementation for warehouse automation projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Design and specify electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and field devices per standards.
• Produce electrical schematics, control diagrams, and network architectures.
• Coordinate interfaces with controls, mechanical engineering, suppliers, and software partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and compliance with safety requirements.
