Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Account Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer service operations and ensure customer requirements are met for delivery, quality, and service performance.
• Manage relationships with key customers and serve as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
• Address customer concerns, escalations, and service issues while proactively managing expectations.
• Oversee customer orders from receipt through delivery and ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate demand changes with production planning and logistics teams to support customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, support program launches, and manage engineering changes.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Customer Service team by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and supporting employee growth.
• Monitor service performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
