Vanderlande Industries B.V. in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Project Leader Engineering to head multidisciplinary warehouse automation projects from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, and controls engineering, manage budgets and schedules, and work with suppliers and international teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience leading complex engineering or automation projects with budget/risk responsibility.
• Experience in warehouse automation environments.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering knowledge (mechanical, electrical, software, controls).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary warehouse automation projects from engineering handover through commissioning and acceptance.
• Coordinate engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet quality, budget, schedule.
• Integrate third-party equipment and OT controls with external partners.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support testing, commissioning, go-live, and customer handover.
