Job summary

Shine is seeking an SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Manager to join our Content team within Marketing France and accelerate organic visibility across Financing, Invoicing, Small Business and CPA/Accountants. You will own strategy for traditional and AI-powered search, turning insights into measurable growth while collaborating with Content, Brand, Product Marketing and Web teams.

Based in Paris, Madrid or Porto, the role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week and

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in SEO, organic growth or search marketing.
• Strong expertise in keyword research, content optimization, search intent and on-page SEO.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and ability to translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong interest in Generative Engine Optimization, AI search and the evolving GEO practices.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using SEO analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage SEO opportunities across multiple audiences, products and Business Units.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across Content, Marketing, Product and technical teams.
• French native language ability and professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the SEO & GEO strategy across Financing, Invoicing, Small Business and CPA, identifying opportunities to grow organic visibility, qualified traffic and business impact.
• Conduct keyword, search intent and topic research to identify audience needs and content opportunities.
• Define and maintain content and topic strategies based on search demand and AI behaviours.
• Optimize existing and new content for traditional and generative AI search experiences.
• Monitor SEO performance, rankings and AI visibility via dashboards and reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Marketing and Content stakeholders.
• Lead cross-BU organic growth initiatives for long-term discoverability.
