Scopely is seeking a Director of Creative Intelligence in Barcelona on a hybrid basis to lead strategy, analytics, and a cross-disciplinary team. You will guide AI Ops, competitor analysis, creative testing, and analytics to inform game marketing and product decisions.

The role requires translating data into actionable creative recommendations, partnering with Marketing, UA, and engineering, and building scalable workflows through AI-powered insights.

Qualifications

• Must be a strategic Creative Intelligence leader connecting creative, marketing, audience, and performance insights to business decisions.
• Experience in gaming, game marketing, or related context preferred.
• Ability to translate evidence into clear recommendations and drive adoption across teams.

• Set the Creative Intelligence strategy and roadmap with defined priorities and operating model.
• Explain what creative works and why by integrating review, performance data, and market context.
• Translate analysis into actionable creative and marketing strategies and briefs.
