Job summary

Userwise Services in Málaga, Spain, seeks a senior game designer with product management acumen to identify, validate, and scale new game products using AI-assisted workflows. You’ll own the what and why, turning ideas into prototypes and production-ready games.

You’ll work with leadership to evolve AI-driven design, define success metrics, and guide decisions from concept to post-launch iteration. Ideal candidates have strong game design, analytics, and data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in mobile games, ideally across casual or hybrid-casual products.
• Strong game design experience combined with product management or ownership.
• Experience taking games from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Track record of owning product outcomes and KPIs.
• Deep understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention and monetization.
• Solid knowledge of F2P economics, including LTV, CPI and related metrics.
• Comfort with analytics and experimentation to form hypotheses and test results.
• Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into concrete product direction.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new game opportunities through market analysis, competitor deconstruction, player insights, and product data.
• Turn opportunities into clear product bets with concept, audience, core loop, hypotheses, metrics and commercial potential.
• Own AI-assisted game design across core loops, systems, progression, economy, UX, retention and monetization.
• Rapidly prototype and validate concepts using AI-assisted tools and lightweight development workflows.
• Define success metrics, analyze player behavior and test results to decide on scaling or iteration.
• Prioritize product work based on player impact, data, effort, and business potential.
• Collaborate with leadership to evolve AI usage for faster design, prototyping, and scaling.
• Continuously improve games based on retention, engagement and monetization data.
