Travel Ray Software is seeking a driven sales professional to join our team in Spain, focusing on DMC and MICE decision makers across Spain and Spanish-speaking markets. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and guide potential clients from discovery to contract, helping them adopt our travel software solution.

We offer a dynamic startup environment with training from Sales Specialists and performance bonuses for exceeding targets.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in a Travel Agency/DMC.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload.
• Demonstrate integrity, self-initiative and independence.
• Identify and develop business opportunities from qualification to close.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Occasional travel is required.

Responsabilidades

• Work with management to develop a sales strategy and achieve goals.
• Target and build relationships with potential customers.
• Help customers discover their needs and how we deliver value.
• Manage end-to-end sales from lead gen to contract negotiation.
• Sell digital solutions using consultative selling.
• Prepare proposals aligning with client needs and objectives.
• Maintain a sales pipeline through various channels.
• Organize trade shows and represent Travel Ray.
• Support and educate clients.
• Utilize CRM to strengthen relations and identify new prospects.
• Create reports to measure productivity.
