Mastercomercioexterior, located in Málaga, Spain, is seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events). The ideal candidate will develop new business, build client loyalty, and maintain the company’s reputation.

Applicants must possess a minimum of three years' experience in DMC Sales Management, a passion for Spain and Portugal as destinations, and a strong command of English and Spanish. Successful candidates will be results-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Formación

Qualifications

• Ability to relate to clients.
• Good communication skills with excellent command of English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Knowledge of any other additional language valued, mainly German or French.
• In-depth knowledge of the different characteristics and cultural aspects of the destinations.
• Must be able to create solid relationships, generate high volumes of leads and maximize conversion.
• Highly motivated, results driven individual with a sense of urgency about achieving objectives.
• Self-motivated, but equally strong working within a team.
