Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in transport compliance, road safety, or a related regulatory field, with significant experience in a senior or specialist role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African transport legislation, including the National Road Traffic Act and related regulations.
• Proven experience in conducting compliance audits and investigations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and standard office applications.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Law, Logistics, Auditing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
