You will conduct traffic studies, pavement and drainage design, and prepare technical reports and construction drawings while coordinating with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA preferred.
• 6+ years in transportation engineering and road design.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Design of road geometry, intersections, and interchanges.
• Conduct traffic analysis and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in transportation engineering and road design.
• Proficiency in transportation engineering software (e.g., Civil Designer, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Pavement Engineering Software, Traffic Analysis Software).
• Strong understanding of road design standards, traffic engineering principles, and pavement design.
• Experience with project management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Valid driver's license.
