Hitachi Energy is seeking a Service Tender and Sales Engineer to develop service opportunities within the Grid Connection portfolio. You will prepare technical and commercial tenders, analyze requirements and support negotiations to drive business growth.

The role blends technical and commercial skills, requires English and Spanish, and offers exposure to international projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with an Electrical specialization.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical tendering within electrical industry.
• Experience in substations systems focused on services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical and commercial service tenders for customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions.
• Support the sales organization throughout bid and proposal processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers and commercial teams.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of service agreements.
• Ensure proposals comply with specifications and company standards.
• Support contract reviews, amendments, and scope adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of service business.
