Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. in Cordoba is seeking a Service Tender and Sales Engineer to develop service opportunities within our Grid Connection portfolio.

You will be at the center of the commercial process, working with customers, sales and marketing teams, and technical experts to develop competitive service proposals and deliver value-driven solutions. This role combines technical and commercial aspects, involves international exposure, and offers growth through innovative service

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with Electrical specialization.
• Open to entry-level or professionals with 3+ years in technical tendering in electrical industry.
• Experience in substations systems with focus on services.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial service tenders for customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions: single tenders, frame agreements or service agreements.
• Support the sales organization throughout the bid and proposal process.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers (goods and service manpower) and commercial teams.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of service agreements.
• Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and company standards.
• Support contract reviews, amendments, and scope adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of the service business.
