You will drive project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, and ensure quality and compliance. You will manage scope, budget, risks and stakeholder expectations, report to governance bodies, and foster a collaborative, multicultural environment across Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments.
• Fluent Spanish and good English level mandatory.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes, and organizational policies.
• Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making.
• Monitor project financials and support benefits realization.

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives . The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards, and governance requirements.
