Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Cortex XSIAM. This remote role supports a global customer base, handling inquiries, escalations, and proactive problem resolution to maintain security operations at peak performance.

You will work with hybrid teams across geographies, learning client environments, and delivering reproducible fixes while collaborating with developers to prevent future incidents. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
• Experience with Endpoint Security software, SIEM and EDR tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish/French/German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Triage and respond to issues via ticketing system, phone, or remote sessions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting at application and OS levels.
• Identify fault areas and collaborate with teams to implement fixes.
• Document actions for internal teams and customers.
