83zero Ltd in Madrid is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join the Cortex XSIAM Support team. This highly customer-focused role requires strong troubleshooting and deep knowledge of endpoint security, SIEM technologies and networking.

You will work with customers to investigate and resolve complex issues, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal Engineering to improve SLAs and customer experience. Hybrid work: three days per week in the Madrid office.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
• Experience with endpoint security software.
• Familiarity with Cortex XSIAM or Cortex XDR is highly desirable.
• Strong SIEM experience including architecture, data collection, correlation rules, reports and dashboards.
• Experience with EDR tools.
• Solid networking knowledge for troubleshooting complex environments.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Proven ability to manage challenging customer situations and advocate for customers.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, incident response and scripting is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer support cases and escalations from initial investigation to resolution.
• Provide technical support via ticketing systems, phone and remote sessions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across applications and environments.
• Investigate endpoint security, SIEM configurations, and integrations.
• Identify root causes and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions clearly.
• Provide feedback to Engineering on product issues.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
